Job summary

Listers Group is recruiting for a Showroom Host at our Hereford Land Rover dealership. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a polished, friendly first impression and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience for every visitor.

Role focuses on greeting clients, directing calls, supporting events, and carrying out ad hoc admin duties with a customer-first mindset and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• You will take pride of working in a customer facing role, ideally with a proven record of providing an excellent client journey in previous roles.
• Be confident to meet new people on a daily basis and building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression.
• A confident and client-orientated approach to their role
• A strong desire to provide the best customer service possible for the first impression of our dealership

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a polished, articulate and well-presented individual to take on the role of Showroom Host for our Land Rover Dealership in Hereford. The hours of work are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. This isn’t your typical Receptionist role; at the forefront of our dealerships the Showroom Hosts play an integral part in running a smooth and organised front of house. Within this position you will be the first port of call for many of our clients and as such it is imperative that you are polite, approachable and most importantly self-motivated to create a brilliant first impression of our business.
