Here at Land Rover we have a fantastic opportunity for a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host / Receptionist. As a Showroom Host, you will be our customers' first point of contact and are crucial in providing Lookers a world-class experience.

Our reception team, or as we sometimes like to call them, Showroom Hosts, are passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shine through during each customer interaction. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, then this is the right place for you!

  1. Ensuring that customers are taken care of whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
  2. Contributing to a happy, positive environment whilst ensuring the dealership is well presented at all times.
  3. Assisting with general administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Customer-facing role with requirements to work over the phone and via email.
  5. Always maintain the highest levels of professionalism.

You will be someone who takes pride in high standards to keep our showroom tidy and always welcoming. Excellent communication skills will be your strength, and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly, possessing an approachable and professional manner.

Having experience working in a similar role, along with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, is also important.
