The Conference and Banqueting Operations Host assists with setup, seating, and managing queries to ensure excellent guest experiences and meet departmental targets.

What will I be doing?

As a Conference and Banquet Operations Host, your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests politely and warmly
• Coordinating guest seating arrangements
• Upselling with departmental incentives
• Managing conference and banquet setups
• Ensuring accurate billing
• Following cash handling procedures
• Addressing guest queries efficiently
• Adhering to brand standards
• Achieving departmental targets as part of the team
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas
• Complying with security, fire, health, safety, and licensing laws
• Assisting other departments as needed and fostering good relationships
• Being environmentally conscious

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates are committed to high customer service standards, flexible, and capable of working independently or in teams. Experience in Food and Beverage or related industries and knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations are advantageous.
