About You

As a Simmons Host, you will play a key role in assisting the management team to ensure that all guests have the best experience from the moment they approach our venue.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing all guests with a warm and professional welcome during check-in.
• Assisting with guest inquiries.
• Ensuring tables are properly clean and set up prior to bookings.
• Managing and reporting no-shows to maximize sales.
• Completing all reasonable requests from line managers.
