Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or similar settings, and GCSEs with Maths and English at grade C. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, present yourself well, and be flexible to support the team, including occasional cover of the Mallusk dealership.

The ideal person will have/be:

• At least 1 year’s relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum grade C in Maths and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Strong presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form.
• Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.
• At times, there may be a requirement to cover our Mallusk dealership.

Desirable:

• Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage.
• 2 + years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.
• Barista trained would be an advantage.
