Agnew Group is seeking a customer-focused individual to deliver an unrivalled experience in our premium environment. You will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, a well-presented application, and flexibility to assist the team.

There may be occasions where you cover the Mallusk dealership to support the business. Ideal candidates have GCSE Maths & English and at least 1 year of relevant customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a premium environment (Retail/Hospitality).
• GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum grade C in Maths and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Strong presentation skills, i.e. well-presented application form.
• Flexible and willing to help the team.
• May be required to cover the Mallusk dealership.

The ideal person will have/be:

• At least 1 year’s relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum grade C in Maths and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Strong presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form.
• Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.
• At times, there may be a requirement to cover our Mallusk dealership.

And if possible (but not essential) have:

• Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage.
• 2 + years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.
• Barista trained would be an advantage.
