Job summary

Agnew Group is seeking a customer service sales representative to be the first point of contact for Sales and Aftersales customers in Belfast. You will engage with customers throughout their ownership journey to ensure an outstanding experience.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a customer service sales role, GCSEs including Maths and English, and a full driving licence. CDK experience is a plus, and you will work as part of a professional team with flexible hours.

The ideal person will have/be:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer service sales role is essential.
• Experience of working in a similar role in the motor trade is desirable but not essential.
• A strong working knowledge of computerised systems such as customer databases. Experience of CDK would be beneficial.
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English

• Demonstrate a professional and confident approach in dealing with both staff and customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
