Job summary

B&Q Leven is hiring a Showroom Advisor to help customers bring their kitchen and bathroom ideas to life. This role focuses on the customer, asks questions, and suggests finance, products, and installation options.

You will use design software to create inspirational layouts and guide projects from concept to delivery. You’ll coordinate multiple orders, support customers both virtually and in person, and work on a rota that includes weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to convert designs to sales.
• Team player with flexibility to work weekends/evenings and bank holidays.
• Able to use software to create inspirational designs for customers.
• Motivated by targets and comfortable working towards them.

Responsibilities
