Job summary

B&Q Aintree is looking for a Showroom Advisor on a part-time basis (25 hours weekly) to help customers realise bold kitchen and bathroom ideas. You will design, advise, and coordinate projects, both virtually and in person, guiding customers from concept to delivery.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators, comfortable with technology, and capable of turning designs into sales while working a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• You’re great at using technology but more importantly you’ll have brilliant communication and relationship building skills as you’ll work closely with colleagues & installers to ensure we deliver the best service on every project.
• You’re motivated by targets, and are confident in converting your designs into sales.
• You work well as part of a team and you’re a good problem-solver too, with a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities

• You’ll use software to produce inspirational designs that will bring customer projects to life.
• You’ll coordinate multiple projects & support customers virtually and face to face, taking ideas through to delivery.
