Job summary

B&Q Frome is seeking a Showroom Advisor to help customers realise their kitchen and bathroom ideas. You will design concepts with our software, discuss products and installation options, and guide projects from concept to delivery.

You’ll thrive on meeting targets, communicating clearly, and working as part of a team. A rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required, with a strong focus on customer service and design quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Works well in a team and solves problems creatively.

Responsibilities

• Help customers explore kitchen and bathroom ideas and recommend products.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face to face and remotely, guiding them from ideas to delivery.
