B&Q Rotherham is hiring a Showroom Advisor to help customers bring kitchen and bathroom ideas to life. You will design, present options, and guide projects from concept through delivery, combining in-store service with digital design tools.

This full-time role requires flexible weekend availability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to hitting targets while delivering great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a friendly and proactive approach.
• Able to convert designs into sales and work toward targets.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple projects with colleagues and installers.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand needs and provide design options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customers.
• Coordinate projects from idea to delivery, both face-to-face and virtually.
