Job summary

B&Q Carlisle is seeking a Showroom Advisor to help customers turn ideas into realisable designs in kitchens and bathrooms. You will balance sales targets with exceptional service, guiding customers through finance, products, and installation options.

You’ll work with colleagues and installers to deliver on projects, using design software to visualise concepts and ensuring a seamless customer journey from inspiration to delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Works well in a team and uses design sense to inspire customers.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer needs; ask questions and explore options to recommend finance, products, and installation choices.
• Use software to create inspiring designs and coordinate multiple projects for customers, in person or virtually.
