Job summary

B&Q Chester is recruiting a Showroom Advisor to help customers realise their kitchen and bathroom ideas. You will design with software, present options, and guide purchases in a fast-paced showroom environment.

The role is full-time (36.75 hours/week) with shifts across Monday–Sunday 7:00am–8:00pm. You’ll work within a team delivering excellent service while hitting targets and delivering projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
• Able to convert designs into sales and meet targets.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to explore possibilities and recommend finance, products, and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face to face and virtually.
