B&Q is hiring a Showroom Advisor in Hull. The role is full time 30 hours per week with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7.00am – 8.00pm.

You’ll help customers bring kitchen and bathroom ideas to life by designing, presenting options, and guiding them through installation and finance choices. You’ll use design software, communicate clearly, and work with colleagues and installers to deliver excellent service.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Comfortable using technology and coordinating multiple projects.

• Use design software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Ask questions, explore options, and recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Coordinate projects and support customers face-to-face and virtually through delivery.
