B&Q Tunbridge Wells is hiring a Showroom Advisor to help customers bring bold kitchen and bathroom ideas to life. You’ll guide design choices, present options, and ensure a seamless journey from inspiration to delivery in-store and online.

You’ll use showroom software to create inspirational designs, work with colleagues and installers, and stay flexible to cover weekends, evenings, and bank holidays while hitting personal targets.

• Target-driven with ability to convert designs into sales.
• Able to work in a team and handle a busy showroom environment.
• Flexible rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
