Job summary

B&Q Limited in Norwich is seeking a Showroom Advisor for full-time, 36.75 hours per week, with a permanent contract. You will guide customers from ideas to delivery, using design software to create inspirational layouts and coordinating projects both in-store and with customers remotely.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and confident in turning designs into sales.
• Able to work as part of a team and solve problems with a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand needs and recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and in person.
• Take customers on a journey from ideas through to delivery, making dreams a reality.
