Job summary

B&Q Weston-Super-Mare is seeking a Showroom Advisor working part-time (15 hours per week) in Weston-super-Mare. You will help customers with design ideas and guide them through finance, products and installation options whilst using design software to turn ideas into tangible projects.

You will build relationships, meet targets, and work as part of a team, including weekends/evenings/bank holidays. A competitive bonus structure and a supportive benefits package accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs that will bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face to face, from ideas through to delivery.
