Job summary

B&Q Penryn is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a permanent full-time basis (36.75 hours per week) to help customers design kitchens and bathrooms, taking ideas from concept to delivery.

You’ll work shifts Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, use software to create inspiring designs, and build strong customer relationships. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£14.10) and bonuses for performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to explore finance options, products and installation services
• Produce inspirational designs using showroom software
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face-to-face and virtually
• Work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and meet targets
