Job summary

B&Q Plymouth is hiring a Showroom Advisor to help customers realise bold kitchen and bathroom ideas from concept to delivery. You’ll use design software and strong communication to tailor finance options, products and installation choices, while coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced showroom environment.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues and installers, convert designs into sales, and adapt to a rota including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work with colleagues, installers and customers.
• Motivation by targets and ability to convert designs into sales.
• Team player with problem-solving mindset and flexibility for weekends/evenings/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face-to-face from idea to delivery.
