Job summary

B&Q Plymouth is seeking a Showroom Advisor to help customers design kitchens and bathrooms, guiding decisions from questions to delivery.

You’ll use design software to create inspirational visuals and coordinate multiple projects with colleagues and installers, turning designs into sales while delivering excellent service. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required, with a supportive team and attractive bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good with technology and able to translate designs into sales.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore options to recommend the right finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs that accompany customer projects from idea to delivery.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face to face, guiding them from inspiration to delivery.
