Job summary
Caesarstone is hiring an experienced Customer Service & Showroom Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the showroom and distribution centre.
The role leads the customer service function for Caesarstone’s fabricator channel, managing UK-based and offshore teams, handling enquiries and orders while supporting sales growth through outstanding service and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a customer service team.
- Experience working in distribution, wholesale, retail or similar customer-focused environment.
- Experience handling customer complaints and service improvements.
- Experience managing customer orders and administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer service function across the fabricator channel and offshore teams.
- Oversee showroom presentation and drive sales growth through excellent service.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse and operations to ensure consistent service from enquiry to delivery.
- Promote exceptional customer experience and strong client relationships.
