Job summary

Caesarstone is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Showroom Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints while ensuring smooth daily operations of the DC showroom.

You will lead the fabricator customer channel, manage UK and offshore teams, handle inquiries and orders, and drive showroom presentation to support sales growth through exceptional service and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a customer service team.
• Experience working within distribution, wholesale, retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Experience handling customer complaints and service improvements.
• Experience managing customer orders and administration.
• Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing a showroom or retail environment.
• Knowledge of ERP or order processing systems.
• Experience within interiors, home improvement, building products or a distribution business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service function across UK-based and offshore teams.
• Oversee showroom presentation and support sales growth through excellent service.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and operations to ensure smooth service from enquiry to delivery.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints within Caesarstone’s fabricator channel.
• Present showroom to promote customer engagement and maximize opportunities.
