We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Showroom Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee the showroom presentation for a premium surfaces manufacturer. In this role you will coordinate UK-based and offshore customer service, manage orders and service levels, and work closely with Sales, Warehouse and Operations to drive exceptional customer experiences and commercial opportunity.

• Oversee the showroom, ensuring a professional customer experience.
• Build relationships with trade and fabricator customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse and Operations to fulfil orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and customer satisfaction.
