About the Role

Are you looking for the next step in your career? Do you have a strong customer service background and effective communication skills? We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support our team.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations of the branch.
2. Support coaching of team members and manage the branch in the manager's absence to meet targets.
3. Engage in all aspects of branch activities, including supporting CAD designs, warehouse deliveries, and customer service.
4. Build and maintain relationships with local tradesmen to enhance sales and profits.

Candidate Profile

Experience managing a team or a strong customer service background is preferred. Industry experience is not required. A Full UK Drivers Licence is essential for travel requirements.
