Job summary

ABM UK is recruiting a Cleaning/Waste Operative for a high-profile Shopping Centre in Brighton. The role requires teamwork in a fast-paced environment, handling janitorial tasks and waste removal while operating scrubber-dryer equipment. Training will be provided, and you must maintain PPE and health and safety compliance.

Locations: Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton. 40 hours/week, 5 days in 7; pay rate £13.83 per hour. Benefits include 24/7 GP, mental health support and more.

Qualifications

• Able to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding shifts.
• Willing to learn cleaning methods and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out janitorial and waste removal duties in a Shopping Centre.
• Handle waste via approved streams and operate site equipment.
• Drive scrubber dryer and use cleaning equipment; maintain safety.
