Job summary

ABM Facility Services UK are recruiting for Cleaning/Waste Operatives on a full-time permanent basis at a High profile Shopping Centre in Brighton. The role requires teamwork in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment with janitorial and waste removal duties.

Full training will be provided and health & safety policies must be followed. You will work a 5 days in 7 shift pattern (40 hours/week) at a rate of £13.83 per hour, based at Churchill Square Shopping Centre, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Physically demanding role suitable for active individuals.
• Willing to undergo full training on cleaning methods and equipment.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow health & safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out janitorial and waste removal duties within a Shopping Centre environment.
• Handle waste via approved waste streams and operate site equipment.
• Drive scrubber dryer and other cleaning machinery; maintain equipment.
• Provide custodial services to washrooms, break rooms, canteens, reception and offices.
• Ensure PPE is worn and safety procedures are followed; communicate with team and client.
