Job summary

Kubix is seeking an eCommerce obsessed Account Manager to own ongoing client relationships for Shopify stores. You will manage roadmaps, spot growth opportunities, and translate client needs into actionable plans for our design and development teams.

This is a mid-level role in a growing Shopify-focused agency environment. You’ll work closely with designers, developers and solution engineers to drive revenue and store performance, while maintaining strong client communication and project

Qualifications

• 2+ years of eCommerce experience (Shopify preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in an agency environment.
• Sound knowledge of eCommerce principles and strategy.
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
• Ability to project manage and prioritise a dynamic workload.
• Proven ability to take initiative and add value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Ownership: Build and maintain an eCommerce roadmap for each client, aligned to business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify improvements across stores, from UX tweaks to new tech like loyalty schemes.
• Data-Led Recommendations: Analyze store data to spot small changes with big impact.
• Development Briefing: Brief developers with clear tasks aligned to client goals.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with designers, developers and engineers to deliver client needs.
• Client Partnership: Act as the bridge between client and Kubix team to find solutions.
