Job summary

Tradeline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for retail and hospitality projects on a permanent basis. The role is office-based with site travel required, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

You will lead programmes, coordinate drawings, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction or fit-out projects in retail or hospitality sectors.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and variances with proactive problem solving.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to health and safety, QA, and site management standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from handover and mobilisation to completion and final account.
• Coordinate programmes, drawings, procurement, manufacturing, subcontractors, and on-site delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and service.
• Monitor costs, manage variations and support cost control to maximise profitability.

• Manage construction projects from initial handover and mobilisation through planning, delivery, completion, and final account.
• Coordinate project programmes, construction drawings, procurement, manufacturing schedules, subcontractors, and on-site delivery to ensure projects remain on programme.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Monitor project costs, manage variations, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and support effective cost control to maximise project profitability.
• Work collaboratively with experienced project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects for nationally recognised brands.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality assurance, compliance, and site management throughout every stage of project delivery.
