Sue Ryder Care is seeking a Shop Supervisor for our Pocklington shop. This part-time, on-site role provides leadership to a small team, drives sales, and supports volunteers. You will recruit and train volunteers, manage stock and merchandising, and uphold health and safety standards.

The shop operates 15 hours per week at £12.79 per hour. You will work with the local community, donor networks and campaigns to fund essential palliative care services.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Retail experience with sales targets.
• Ability to engage with local community and donors.
• Experience in recruiting and retaining volunteers.
• Knowledge of merchandising and stock control.

• Support and motivate the team to provide excellent service.
• Build strong community relationships to generate donated stock.
• Help recruit, train and retain a committed volunteer team.
