St. Raphael’s Hospice in Wimbledon Village is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the shop operation, drive income, and manage volunteers and staff with a customer-focused approach.

You will maintain strong relationships with donors, ensure stock is replenished, and work to targets while delivering excellent service to supporters and customers. This is a hands-on management role in a busy charity shop environment.
