Job summary

St. Raphael’s Hospice is seeking a Bank Assistant Shop Manager to deputise for the Shop Manager and support the team across all hospice shop locations. You will help maximise shop income and Gift Aid, strive to meet or exceed sales targets, and assist the Manager with KPI reporting.

You will cover duties in the manager's absence and work flexibly across the St Raphael’s Hospice shop network, contributing to a motivated team of Retail Assistants and Volunteers.

• Assist with maximising shop income and Gift Aid.
• Help to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist the Manager with the completion of KPIs as required.
• Cover all shops across the St Raphael’s Hospice chain as required.
