Highland Hospice in Tain is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day operation and volunteer team of our charity shop. This role requires drive, personality and experience in volunteer leadership within a charity retail setting.
You will manage stock presentation, customer service standards and store layout to maximise trading potential while delivering compassionate community support. 37.5 hours per week, £28,988 per annum, closing date 08 October 2026.

Highland Hospice is looking to recruit a Shop Manager for our successful Tain shop. We are looking for someone with drive and personality to lead the volunteer team and the day-to-day operation of our shop. Experience of team leadership is preferred, ideally with volunteer teams and in a Charity Retail environment.
