Greggs is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team delivering fast, friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You will recruit, train and engage colleagues, manage wage and waste controls, and stay hands-on with food preparation and serving customers.

Qualifications

• Track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in a food-on-the-go environment or retail, supporting an inclusive culture.

• Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
• Drive performance through recruitment, training and colleague engagement.
• Monitor wage and waste controls and uphold service standards.
• Hands-on involvement in food preparation and serving customers.
