Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking a Shop Manager to run the shop in line with company policies, driving sales and profits while boosting the organisation's profile. You will work with the Retail Area Manager to lead a diverse team and achieve financial targets, maintaining high standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires flexibly working Monday to Sunday and a commitment to Shaw Trust's values and inclusive culture.
