Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking a part-time role to oversee the delivery of Supported Internships across London and the South East. You will ensure the mentoring team performs against KPIs and quality standards, and support the Shaw Trust Group’s UK-wide internship initiatives, including remote delivery where appropriate.

The role includes tutoring or job coaching when required, with opportunities to contribute to a diverse, inclusive organisation that promotes flexible working and professional

• Manage and support the Supported Internship London Management team.
• Deliver tutoring or job coaching when required and support UK internship programmes.

Job description

To oversee the successful delivery of Supported Internships across London & SE. Ensure that the Supported Internship and In Work mentoring team is effectively managed and able to achieve high performance against KPIs and quality of services delivered to young people. Support the Supported Internship London Management team. Deliver the role of Supported Internship tutor or job coach where required and support the wider development of the Shaw Trust Group (STG) supported internships across the UK including remote delivery.

This is a part‑time role for 18.75 hours per week.
