Age UK is seeking a Shop Manager in Pocklington to lead a small team of staff and volunteers in a busy charity shop. You will drive day-to-day store operations, ensure excellent customer service and help raise funds for Age UK and its services for older people.
The role requires managing a 7-day rota with 35 hours, delivering training, motivating the team, and maintaining retail standards while supporting a community-focused store.

Utilising your previous retail experience and excellent managerial skills, you will manage the day to day running of our store - maximising store sales and profits while ensuring our customers receive an excellent service. In doing so, you will be helping to raise funds for Age UK and the incredible services and support they provide to older people.
As an Age UK Shop Manager, you will manage our brilliant team of staff and volunteers, providing effective leadership, training, and development.

Please note this opportunity will require the successful candidate to work 35 hours across a 7-day working week, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.
