Job description

A newly-opening Japanese bakery based in London is seeking a Shop Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the bakery shop.

The responsibilities include customer service, team management, cashing up and reporting, inventory management, supplier ordering, profit optimisation, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in gourmet bread and coffee, with proven shop/restaurant management experience, and enjoy interacting with customers.
