To be an effective Store Manager, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team. Your role involves daily varied, fast-paced, and challenging tasks, with a focus on people management, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team. About the Role:
  • Lead and inspire your team to be their best
  • Create an environment focused on delivering excellent service, achieving targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes, all within a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment
  • Take a hands-on approach to operational and commercial activities alongside your team
  • Report to the Area Manager and contribute to the growth and success of the brand by identifying opportunities and adding value
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
