ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated client experience
• Analyze key performance indicators and implement effective action plans to maximize commercial success
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and CRM excellence
• Execute business strategies and collaborate closely with HQ to ensure alignment with brand vision and standards
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with internal processes and procedures
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and oversee the overall appearance and upkeep of the boutique
• Champion a culture of professionalism, performance, and pride in the store environment

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within premium or luxury retail, ideally within accessories or fashion
• Natural leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Commercially driven with the ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions
