Job summary

SeAH Wind in Teesside (UK) seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to develop the skills and competency of our growing offshore wind manufacturing workforce on the factory floor.

You will deliver practical and classroom training, conduct workplace assessments, and coach teams to operate welding, fabrication and production processes safely and efficiently. Certification in training or assessor qualifications is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to design practical training programmes and assess competency on the shop floor.
• Proven coaching skills and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with operations teams and develop engaging programmes.
• Deliver practical and classroom training and conduct workplace assessments.
• Maintain competency records and ensure compliance with training standards.
• Coach and mentor shopfloor staff to improve performance and safety.
• Collaborate with production to onboard new employees.
