Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to support sales.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation.
• Keep shop floor and displays clean, organised and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed.
• Process transactions, handle cash, and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Use store technology and systems to assist customers and daily operations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day store operations.
• Support additional duties as reasonably required.
