Morgan Ryder Associates is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor for a growing manufacturing business with two UK sites in Burnley. This hands-on, shop-floor focused role requires visibility, influencing teams and turning EHS standards into everyday behaviours.

You will work with operations leaders to drive safety, conduct risk assessments, audits and investigations, support permit-to-work and specialist controls, deliver inductions and toolbox talks, and maintain EHS records and compliance across

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Exposure to high‑risk processes and safety improvement.
• Experience with risk assessments and incident investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct risk assessments, audits and site inspections
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses
• Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
• Advise on high‑risk activities, equipment and processes
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and EHS training
• Maintain EHS records, statistics and management systems
• Coaching and influencing employees across both sites
