Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality or process-driven workflow environment.
• Flexible and agile in problem-management approach.

Responsibilities

• Process shipment requests through SAP and SRF.
• Respond to couriers and create Customs Clearance Instructions.
• Ensure freight forwarder compliance with documentation.
• Schedule deliveries and collections via courier systems.
• Communicate with couriers and internal customers regarding shipments.
• Track shipments and update SAP with details.
