Job summary

Nando's Limited is seeking a Shift Lead in Liverpool to help run busy shifts with energy and care. You’ll support and guide the team to deliver high-quality service and keep the restaurant running smoothly across all channels.

Key attributes include leadership, a customer-first mindset, and an ability to solve problems on the fly while creating a fun, inclusive environment for all Nandocas.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and energy to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Motivate and guide team members, ensuring great guest experiences.
