Goals Soccer Centres PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor who primarily performs Team Member duties across reception and bar while stepping into a supervisory capacity when required. The role involves evenings and weekends, and candidates must be 18+ to meet licensing requirements.

The position offers exposure to both customer service and leadership tasks in a fast-paced sports environment. This is not a full-time supervisory role; duties as a senior on duty are conditional on management cover.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and administration skills.
• Computer literate, including basic Word and Excel.
• Experience of cash handling and customer transactions.
• Ability to lead by example when acting in a senior capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house service and manage bookings, enquiries, and payments.
• Operate tills and booking systems confidently.
• Deliver high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Support promotions and club initiatives.
• Act as senior on duty in Manager's absence and supervise team members.
• Ensure service, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complete opening/closing procedures.
