Goals Soccer Centres PLC seeks an Assistant Manager to help run the complex and lead staff across all shifts, ensuring top service and smooth operations.

You will work a flexible pattern to provide management cover, assist with sales and marketing plans to maximise income, and support the General Manager in delivering operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or leisure management is desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees and ensure high service standards.
• Assist in developing sales and marketing plans to boost income.
• Support General Manager with recruitment and staff development.
• Ensure procedures and company health & safety policies are followed.
• Attend weekly management meetings and coordinate stock and cash controls.
• Coordinate stock orders and maintain club facilities.
