Job summary

The Pool Lounge — Bola 8, Elephant & Castle, London, seeks a Shift Manager for Friday and Saturday nights. You’ll lead bar, floor, VIP and pool lounge operations, call the shots on busy shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Immediate start and competitive pay based on experience.

You’ll oversee opening/closing procedures, manage security in collaboration with the SIA, and coach the team to maximise revenue while maintaining top standards of service.

• Proven experience running a shift in a bar, club or late-night venue.
• Commercial mindset with ability to upsell and drive revenue.
• Confidence managing door security and working with SIA teams.
• Strong cash handling and stock management skills.

Shift Manager — Friday & Saturday Nights. Bar, Floor, VIP & Pool Lounge. Salary:Competitive, based on experience Hours:Friday & Saturday nights (core), with flexibility for extra shifts.

The Role. Friday and Saturday nights are where the magic happens — and we need someone who can run them like a pro. We’re on the hunt for a Shift Manager to take charge of our busiest, highest-energy shifts, leading the team across the bar, floor, VIP area and pool lounge, and making sure every single guest has a night to remember. As the senior manager on duty, the room is yours. You’ll call the shots, keep the energy high, and turn a packed house into a smooth, profitable, brilliantly-run night out.
