Job summary

Mowchi is seeking a Supervisory leader to guide shifts, maintain quality, and support a fast-paced café team in Greater London. You will drive customer experiences and model exemplary service on the floor, with hands-on leadership and a focus on atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, mentor staff, and help shape the café culture while delivering consistent results and guest delight.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts on the front or back of house to set the tone.

• Support store initiatives to drive sales and community presence.
