Job summary

Euro Garages is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor in Cockermouth to lead a fast-paced team, ensure product quality, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will work alongside the Store Manager, prepare beverages, maintain store standards, and take ownership of shifts in the manager’s absence.

You will motivate colleagues, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards while driving a positive customer experience and team performance.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.
