Job summary

Euro Garages is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, ensure beverages and foods meet brand standards, and deliver outstanding customer service alongside the Store Manager.

You will supervise a fast paced team, train colleagues, own shifts in the Store Manager’s absence, and uphold food safety, quality and presentation. Flexible shifts with a minimum of 8 hours per week, £13.55 per hour, and benefits including discounts, virtual GP and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, delegating tasks and motivating colleagues.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by delivering outstanding service and helping customers find products they love.
• Support smooth store operations by assisting the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking and admin while maintaining accurate records.
• Champion quality and safety by upholding food safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
• Keep the store inviting and well-presented to ensure a positive customer environment.
• Lead by example and support the team during busy periods to maintain service levels.
